Rick Stebbins has been practicing law since he was admitted to the Minnesota bar in 1993. His practice has been primarily in the areas of family and criminal law, but also represents individuals and small businesses in cases involving contract and landlord/tenant matters. Rick has represented clients in all areas of family law including divorce, custody, adoption, child support, visitation and spousal maintenance. He has successfully represented clients in both district and appeals courts, and was voted a “Superlawer” by Minnesota Law and Politics magazine in 2006. In addition, Rick is a qualified neutral mediator under the Minnesota Rules of Court, assisting parties to settle their cases without extensive litigation.

Rick graduated from the University of St. Thomas and William Mitchell College of Law, both in St. Paul, Minnesota. He is active in the Ramsey County Bar Association, serving on several committees which provide education and service to the community. He has also worked as a volunteer in legal aid offices in the Twin Cities area for over ten years.

Rick has been a lifelong resident of the Twin Cities area, where he lives with his wife and two children. He is active in his community and has worked with local youth through the St. Paul Optimists Club.
